Starting the Process
If you've never logged in before: Your Account Manager will provide a reset password page. Please visit the page and enter your email address.
If you're currently logged in: From your Settings page, click Reset Password
Confirm Your Email
Confirm your email is correct and click Reset Passsword
You'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the password reset process. This link expires in 1 hour.
Changing your Password
Once you've opened the link, you're free to change your password.
Logging Back In
After you save, you'll click Continue to go back to the Afterword app.
From there, you can sign in using your new password.
